About

An agent who listens, in a business that mostly talks.

Advantage Premier Realty is a boutique brokerage based in Tallahassee, serving buyers and sellers across North Florida and South Georgia. It is small on purpose. Deborah Milazzo owns it, still works with clients herself, and keeps the roster small enough that nobody becomes a file that gets passed around.

She is also a real-estate instructor and a Florida licensed title agent — she trains the agents other brokerages hire, and she has sat on the closing side of enough transactions to know exactly where they come apart.

A small brokerage on purpose. You work with the person who knows your file, not whoever picks up.

Why Advantage

What a small brokerage can do that a large one cannot.

  • You get the broker

Not whoever was free. Deborah owns the brokerage and still works with clients herself.

  • She trains other agents

A real-estate instructor as well as a broker. People who teach this for a living know where deals break.

  • Closings, understood

A Florida licensed title agent. The part of a transaction most likely to go wrong is the part she knows best.

  • Small enough to answer

Six licensed agents, each carrying a manageable number of clients. You are not a file in a queue.

How buying works
Frequently asked

The questions we get first.

What areas do you cover?

North Florida and South Georgia, working out of Tallahassee. The brokerage is licensed in both states, so a move across the state line does not mean a second agent.

Will I be working with Debbie herself?

Usually, yes. She owns the brokerage and still takes clients. If another of our agents is a better fit for your area, she will say so and introduce you directly.

Do you work with first-time buyers?

Yes, and it suits a small brokerage. First-time buyers need time and plain explanation, which is easier to give when agents are not carrying forty clients each.

How do I find out what my home is worth?

Ask for a valuation and Debbie will put together a price based on comparable evidence, not a computer estimate. There is no obligation attached to it.

How do I get started?

A phone call. Tell her what you are trying to do and she will tell you honestly what it will take.

Why Advantage

My goal is providing home buyers and sellers with professional, responsive and attentive real estate services.

I’m eager to help and would love to talk to you.
